Salute to Veterans Breakfast


Thursday, Nov. 9th | 7:30-9:30am | Danversport | Danvers, MA

Join the North Shore Chamber as we honor the region’s veterans and military at our third annual Salute to Veterans Breakfast. The program will also feature the presentation of the Minuteman Service Award recognizing selfless dedication and support of our military and veterans communities.

The Lynnfield Youth Soccer Club is a non-profit organization that provides inclusive soccer programs for children of all skill levels. Our goal is to teach and develop age appropriate soccer skills in a fun, competitive and supportive environment. As part of this, we strive to promote the self-confidence and social development of all of our players, and model good sportsmanship, fair play, and teamwork for players, coaches, and parents.

What started as 14 students in 2004 has grown into one of the top 10 largest chapters in Massachusetts.

With a 75-year history, DECA prepares emerging leaders and entrepreneurs for careers in marketing, finance, hospitality and management in high schools and colleges around the globe since it was founded in 1946.

Established in March 2003 and headquartered in Danvers, MA, Operation Troop Support is an organization from Boston’s north shore area that serves our deployed men and women in uniform from across the country.

This organization is an established 501 (c)(3) that focuses our efforts on helping our deployed troops as well as their loved ones back home.

Danvers Human Rights and Inclusion Committee


The Danvers Human Rights and Inclusion Committee is a cohesive task force against anti-Semitism, homophobia, intolerance, racism, sexism and bigotry. It partners with police, school administration and several community partners on events to create a positive atmosphere for a multi-cultural community.

It stands against hatred and support those who experience marginalization due to their age, gender, race, ethnicity, religious beliefs, sexual orientation or socioeconomic status.

Tunnel To Towers Foundation


The Tunnel to Towers Foundation honors the sacrifice of firefighter Stephen Siller who laid down his life to save others on September 11, 2001.

This year marked the inaugural Boston Tunnel to Towers 5K Run & Walk held on Oct. 23rd, 2021.

The Foundation has raised $250 million in support of our nations greatest heroes and their families.

Lynda Talbot

Lynda J. Talbot Memorial Fund


The Lynda J. Talbot Memorial 5K Walk/Run honors Lynda J. Talbot, a Danvers local for over 60 years. She passed away in August of 2021 after a difficult 23 year battle with breast cancer. Her family and friends have created this race in her memory and hope that you will join them in the right against breast cancer.

The Lynda J. Talbot Memorial Fund, provides financial support to local families battling cancer and scholarships to Danvers High School students.

The field hockey program at Danvers High School is historically among the top programs in the Northeastern Conference and state. We support teams at the varsity, junior varsity and middle school levels. Whether students have years of field hockey experience or are trying the sport for the very first time, Danvers High School encourages participation at all levels.

Danvers Girls Softball


Danvers' Girls Softball is for girls ages 4-18. Starting with the pre-k league teaching the fundamentals of softball and up through the more competitive high school league, Danvers' Girls Softball is dedicated to teaching playing techniques, sportsmanship, and teamwork.
